Dr. Sridevi Dixit holds a PhD in Psychology, with a strong academic foundation as a graduate in Psychology and advanced studies in behavioural science through her postgraduate and Master of Philosophy degrees. A director and founding partner at FABRIC, she specializes in psychometric assessments, intervention planning, and coaching. She integrates Ayurvedic principles and modern psychology to coach leaders, especially women leaders in family businesses, helping them navigate complex dynamics. At FABRIC, she helps with pain point analysis, psychometric assessments, and client interventions.

Vidya N holds an M. Com in Business Management from the University of Mumbai and a PG Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from NMIMS, Mumbai. Her previous experience spans 15 years in HR, covering Talent Acquisition, PMS, Employee Engagement, and HR Policies, while working across Mumbai, Kuwait, and Oman. She has been with FABRIC for more than 10 years, contributing to client engagement plans, designing interventions, instructional design development, and leading the documentation process, including drafting the constitution.

Ramamoorthy Gopalan holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a postgraduate diploma in Financial Management from Bombay University. He has over 40 years of experience across diverse industries, having worked in C-suite roles in corporate functions in family-run businesses. He has been with FABRIC since 2010, contributing across finance, governance, and legal compliance practice. He drives the quality assurance initiative for all client deliverables and supports the client delivery practice.

Jayasudha N is a B.Com and MBA (Finance) graduate and a Senior Accountant with 16 years of experience across the manufacturing and IT industries. She began her career in accounting roles across multiple corporations such as Saint-Gobain and Mastek India, gaining experience in various functions of the finance and accounts department. She has been managing the Finance, Accounting, and Administration functions at FABRIC for 13 years, handling end-to-end accounting and administration operations with precision and strong analytical expertise.

Lakshmi Balakrishnan is an engineering graduate with over a decade of experience in the family business domain at FABRIC. She has prior experience in the software industry as a Solution Architect in India and the UK with corporates such as Tata Consultancy Services and Infosys Limited. She contributes to client engagements, project management, knowledge management, testamentary arrangements, and leads family business governance software product development. She also supports the strategic execution of family business governance and knowledge toolkit development.

Sumedhas Dixit holds a master’s degree in Management from London Business School, along with an undergraduate degree in B.Com (Honours) and ACCA, UK. As a structured individual and creative thinker, his approach enables him to consider diverse perspectives and channel them into focused interventions. As a second-generation family business member, Sumedhas empathizes with the unique challenges family members face within the ecosystem, which helps him craft realistic solutions. Sumedhas has been part of FABRIC for three years, contributes to Strategy and Client Delivery, and leads Research.

Dr. Tatwamasi Dixit is the Founder and Chairman of FABRIC, a veteran in the family business advisory space with over 25 years of experience. He has been a trusted advisor for multi-generational, multinational, and multicultural family businesses worldwide. His work spans building the purpose, vision, and strategy of family businesses, generational transitions, succession, testamentary arrangements, governance, leadership development, conflict resolution, and organizational transformation. Dr. Tatwamasi Dixit co-authored the book Indian Family Business Mantras with Mr. Peter Leach, launched in 2015 by the then Hon’ble President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee.

V Srinivasan is a qualified C.A. with a B.Com (Hons) from Kolkata University. He has over 50 years of experience in finance, accounts, human resources, and administration, having worked in the manufacturing, finance, trading, and service industries, and spent 12 years in the family business domain. His vast experience gives him insight into the complexities prevailing in the family business ecosystem, thereby contributing to the quality assurance of client delivery processes. He offers critical inputs on complex matters spanning finance, accounts, and company law.

Sripriya S is a B.Tech Biotechnology graduate with over 7 years of experience in project management within the e-publishing industry, specializing in end-to-end book production, stakeholder coordination, and quality assurance.

Currently at FABRIC, she contributes to software development through testing and takes on cross-functional responsibilities, including documentation and process support.

She also provides executive support by managing travel logistics, coordinating virtual meetings, maintaining client records, and supporting project management initiatives.
